Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or acts of nature. Customer must provide reasonable access for warranty repairs.

Our liability under warranties is limited to repair or replacement of defective work. We do not provide warranties beyond those specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunexium's total liability for any claims arising from our services or this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other economic advantage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Upon termination, all materials, equipment, and work product on the project site will be handled according to the terms of the specific service agreement.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, including warranty obligations and payment responsibilities.
